Fun for both the casual cheese fan and budding artisan alike, our Workshops are informative, engaging and participatory. Our format is interactive, students are encouraged to ask questions and get their hands in the curd.In our one-day workshop (9am-3:30pm), you will learn the fundamentals of cheese making in our state of the art creamery using equipment you already have at home.

Each student receives a cheese making kit that includes the necessary recipes, cultures, rennet, cheesecloth and cheese forms to get started.
