Hey, NYC and Long Island area friends! Go check out Osteria Leana in Oyster Bay helmed by my high school classmate Chef/Owner Peter Van der Mije. I ran into Peter and his wife Heather at my 20 year high school reunion a few weeks ago and we talked food. When I went out to visit the restaurant last week, Chef Peter opened his fridge showing me about 20 lbs of First Light chèvre. Thank you, Chef! It’s an honor.
