Try this healthy dessert, a wonderful seasonal treat!

Ingredients:

 

  • Vanilla Chai Chevre, 7 ounces
  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup turbanado sugar

Instructions:

Core the apple and slice into 1” thick rings.  Fill the middle of each apple ring with chevre, then top with nuts, dried fruit and sugar.  Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes.
