These chèvre truffles are deceptively easy to make, and will delight your family and friends!



  • Vanilla Chai Chèvre (7 oz)
  • 2 bars dark chocolate
  • 6 oz crushed walnuts
  • 2 oz coconut flakes
  • 1 dash Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa


Finely chop chocolate.  Melt in microwave for 15 seconds, then stir.  Repeat until chocolate is fully melted.  Roll chèvre into 12 1” balls.  Roll or drudge chèvre balls in dry ingredients, then place on parchment paper.  Drop chèvre balls into melted chocolate, then let them harden on parchment paper.  Customize by topping with any of the ingredients listed above, including the sea salt.
