This gorgeous dish can be served as an appetizer or a dessert. So simple, so delicious!
- Vanilla Chai Chèvre (7 oz)
- 3 firm red pears (Red Anjou and Red Bartlett both work well)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Thinly slice pears and arrange in a spiral. Spoon the chèvre into the center of spiral and top the entire platter with walnuts and honey. Back at 375F for 10 minutes.
