- Vanilla Chai Chèvre, 7 ounces
- 2 slices hearty breakfast bread
- 1/2 anjou pear, very thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 6 mandarin orange segments
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 dark plum, cut into thin wedges
- 2 key limes, very thinly sliced
Toast bread, and top wth chèvre, then with fresh fruits, seeds, sauces and honey, customizing as desired.
