Vanilla Chai Chèvre Toast

Who needs avocado toast when you can add the protein of fresh Vanilla Chai Chèvre to your morning ritual!  Up your toast game!  


Ingredients:

  • Vanilla Chai Chèvre, 7 ounces
  • 2 slices hearty breakfast bread
  • 1/2 anjou pear, very thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 6 mandarin orange segments
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 dark plum, cut into thin wedges
  • 2 key limes, very thinly sliced
  •  

 

Instructions:

 

Toast bread, and top wth chèvre, then with fresh fruits, seeds, sauces and honey, customizing as desired.
