Maple Bourbon Fromage Tiramisu


  • Maple Bourbon Fromage (7 oz)
  • 1 quart heavy cream
  • 4 cups coffee, brewed 
  • 2 boxes lady fingers.
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder


Whip cream until stiff.  Fold in fromage; set aside.  Soak lady fingers in coffee, layer on the bottom of a dish, then alternate layers: a layer of coffee-soaked lady fingers, a layer of the fromage/cream.  Once you have built 3 or 4 layers, depending on the size of your dish, sift cocoa onto top layer. Chill for at least 6 hours before serving.
