Maple Bourbon Fromage Waffle


  • Maple Bourbon Fromage (7 oz)
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup crushed walnuts
  • Maple syrup
  • Mint, if desired


In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar and baking powder.  In another bowl, beat eggs, then add milk, butter and mix.  Add dry mix to wet mix.   Fold in half of the cheese, then add walnuts.  Cook waffles per waffle iron instructions.  Add syrup, garnish with remaining fromage and fresh mint if desired.
