Maple Bourbon Walnut Fromage Salad


  • Maple Bourbon Fromage (3 oz)
  • Red Lettuce
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts
  • 2 slices Bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 1 Red Pear, thinly sliced
  • Balsamic vinegar to dress.


Build a base of lettuce.  Snip the corner of the fromage, and using a fork, knock clusters of cheese onto the salad.  Add bacon and walnuts.  Dress then add pears on top.
