Double Pumpkin Pie


  • Pumpkin Spice Chèvre (2 oz)
  • 1/4 cup crushed pecans
  • 1/4 cup caramel
  • 1 piece of pumpkin pie
  • Mint to garnish


Melt caramel and nuts in a microwave for 15 seconds, then stir and drizzle mixture on a plate.  Top with a slice of pie, add the chèvre, then garnish with fresh mint.
